We try to make the booking process as easy as possible for clients.

First let us know the details of your event, don't forget the obvious details such as your contact details, exact venue name/address and date. We will get the event pencilled into our work diary and if necessary we'll make a safety site visit of the venue. We will be able to advise on budget once we know the site requirements, this will normally need to be done by one of pyrotechnicians. Next thing to do is confirm your booking by paying £100/€100 deposit. We can then start getting all the legal things done like apply for licences etc. There are often deadlines for this to be done, so please get your deposit to us as soon as you decide to go ahead to help avoid disappointment.

We will work away in the background getting everything ready. For private clients we ask that at least 50% of your display budget is paid at least 2 weeks before the event. This can be paid by cheque (payable to 'Emerald Fireworks') or by bank transfer. If there is any remainder balance after this time, then it must be paid in cash on the day of the event. We prefer to have all finances sorted before the event, but we understand that you might want to withhold payment until we are on site. Corporate clients are dealt with on a case by case basis. To help our clients we accept budgets in both Sterling and Euro, and is not conditional on juristiction.

We will email or post a receipt of any payments within 30days and confirm your booking. The final display budget can be adjusted closer to the display date, if you desire.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. When sending your deposit please include your contact details and event date and location so that we know which event to asign the payment to.

Exact budgets can be confirmed after a site visit has been completed and also closer to the event, should you decide to make any changes. Our displays vary considerably, based on the budget available, and the site layout. We will be able to advise on what budgets to consider to make sure that your display is suitable for the venue and occasion.
